We are excited to introduce the next phase of our online training initiative. Many of you have been taking advantage of our new online training but a lot of you prefer Lee’s wit and wisdom in the classroom. Well, we have figured out a way to combine them both to create a well blended PDU earning opportunity that can’t be beat!

Now you can sign up for our online training and earn your PDUs at your own pace AND combine that online training with one-on-one Mentoring from Lee R. Lambert. These instructor-facilitated courses integrate the independence and convenience of self-paced study, but through our “Ask the Expert” and virtual “office hours”, learners are able to pose questions to Lee and receive immediate feedback from one of the top minds in the Project Management field. Now you can enjoy the ease and comfort of online training, but not miss out on the wisdom that Lee has to offer!

“Ask the Expert”

The Ask the Expert Feature allows you unlimited email access to Lee. As you work your way through your training, whenever you have questions, concerns or just need additional clarification on a topic, simply email Lee with your questions. He will answer back within 3 business days. If there are multiple students going through the same module as you, Lee will group the answers together into one response, so you can also learn from the struggles of fellow students.

Bi-Weekly Emails

Using a dashboard, Lee will keep track of where you are in your online training module and will send you an email every two weeks with additional details and food for thought. Emails may contain real world examples of the subject at hand, supplementary information to reinforce the topic or individual exercises to emphasize particularly important issues. Each email will be specific to where you are within the self-paced study program.

Monthly Phone Call

The monthly phone call to Lee is your chance to pick his brain and ask him anything you wish. You will work with Lee to set a specific date and time each month to connect on the phone. These will not be conference calls, but rather one-on-one calls with only yourself and Lee. Time will not be limited, but the average length of calls should be approximately 20 minutes.

How It Works

One Mentoring Module lasts 3 months. Your goal should be to complete your online training within that 3 month period, in order to fully maximize your mentoring experience. Once you register for your online training program, return to our website and purchase the Mentoring Upgrade. We will then manually link you and your online training to our dashboard, to help Lee facilitate the Mentoring program.

Project Management Team Leadership: 18 PDUs/contact hours
Cost: $359

The vast majority of project work in today's organizations is done in a team setting. In this environment, project management team leaders have a tremendous responsibility and opportunity to develop and exhibit leadership skills. This course first discusses the roles and responsibilities of the project management team leader, in particular their responsibility with regard to project stakeholders. Next, the course discusses how project management team leaders can build a positive team environment through effective communication, team building activities, and reflective listening. Lastly, the course covers problem solving within the team. Project management team leaders must be effective at identifying and resolving team problems in order for the project to succeed. To do this, team leaders must have an understanding of the team dynamic for decision-making and must be able to manage conflict among personality differences and barriers.

The course contains 12 brief case studies designed for application of the content to real-world scenarios, as well as six comprehensive module quizzes and a 72-question Final Assessment.

To purchase the upgrade, you must make two separate transactions.
