We also have extensive experience providing comprehensive user training, project
management capabilities and needs assessments and audits.
We have designed and provided value-added CommonSense for clients from across the
board; from the telecommunication industry to the mortgage banking industry. Here
are a few examples of our experiences in training design and delivery, chosen from

Pharmaceutical Industry
Roche Laboratories (formerly Boehringer Mannheim), Castleton, IN

Lambert Consulting Group planned and implemented a New Product Development Project
Management System that is still employed today. The new Enterprise-wide system required
the design and delivery of extensive user training in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
with extremely constrained schedules, for both product development and market delivery.
ICB/Drug Discovery Technologies, Boston, MA
Lambert Consulting Group designed and delivered a "specialty" project management
course for presentation at two drug development symposiums (ScreenTech 2001 and
Drug Discovery Technology 2001) for International audiences. The program was presented
in San Diego in March and again in Boston in August, and received the highest possible
rating by students.
Banking, Insurance and Credit Service Industry

Lambert Consulting Group has created and presently delivers a one day PM 101 program
designed to integrate with a comprehensive management development program being
offered throughout the organization. The program is offered multiple times throughout
the year, and to-date, more than 300 members of management staff have attended.
It is consistently the highest rated module in the program.
CitiGroup (formerly CitiCorp); Executive Development Center, St. Louis, MO

CitiGroup (formerly CitiCorp); Executive Development Center, St. Louis, MO Lambert
Consulting Group designed, developed and delivered an advanced course for Global
Business decision makers structured around the Project Management Framework. The
course required consistency with the needs of the international CitiCorp Banking
project management community. This "strategic" program was offered to audiences
in the U.S., Canada, Middle East and Europe and achieved, or exceeded, all of its
objectives.
Government Industry
Bechtel Nevada; Bechtel Construction, San Francisco, CA
Lambert Consulting Group designed and currently delivers a series of project management
courses for the project managers in the U.S. Homeland Security funded Counter Terrorism
Operations and Support organization in Las Vegas. To-date, more than 200 staff members
have participated in the 3-5 day training programs.
Solar Energy Research Institute, Golden, Co
Battelle Memorial Institute; Project Management Division, Columbus, Ohio

General Electric Company; Breeder Reactor Division, Sunnyvale, CA

In each of the four cases referenced above, each organization was required to be
compliant with the Department of Energy's Earned Value Management System. Lambert
Consulting Group created procedures, and developed and delivered extensive training
in preparation for a comprehensive "demonstration review" by the Department of Energy.
All project management/EVMS users passed their exams and all four organizations
were awarded the coveted EVM System Validation.
Information Technology
Tivoli Systems; IBM, Austin, TX
Lambert Consulting Group created and delivered a one-day Project Management Introduction
course (PM101) as preparation for students to move into the George Washington University's
Master's Certificate in Project Management Program. The program was produced on
CD ROM and is used throughout Tivoli Systems as a self-directed introduction to
project management.
Ashland Chemical; Ashland, Inc., Lexington, KY and Dublin, OH

Lambert Consulting Group was contracted by American Management Association (AMA)
to design, prepare and deliver a PM 201 course for the Ashland IT project management
community. The course was delivered six times to a total of 120 students in two
years, realizing high degrees of student satisfaction and impressive evaluations.
