Our very successful public PDUs for Pennies workshops were retired early in 2018. However, these programs are still available by request for any organization or PMI Chapter. Any organizations committed to improving their project management skills can still rely on Lambert Consulting Group to deliver the "goods". We don't provide "canned" training. One size does NOT fit all! We work with each organization to identify their specific learning objectives and then provide a workshop that assures those objectives are met in a timely and cost effective way. From the novice PM introductory courses to advanced PM skill building to PM Leadership techniques to Stakeholder Management. NOBODY does PM training better!

One of the value add services we provide is meeting with corporate executives who are implementing, or considering implementing, a project management methodology in their organization. We spend time with the executives to determine their current status and to advise as to how best to proceed to ensure that the project management objectives are met. We provide status overview and recommend next steps, including policy, procedures and training. We will analyze the organizational readiness to implement project management. This assessment includes identifying strengths and weaknesses of current organizational structure, support systems, including IT and finance, and the skill set deficiencies within the existing staffing. This service is provided with minimal interruption of ongoing activities through a carefully crafted interviewing process that enables us to gather a plethora of vital information in a very short period of time.
Several years ago, we recognized our responsibility to "give back" to the profession. As a result we began to offer a series of "brown bag" luncheon presentations to companies within a 100 miles radius of Columbus, OH. These one hour lectures are conducted during the lunch and are provided at no cost to the requesting organization. The topics covered are tailored to the specific areas of project management interests of the host company. There is no cost for this service. We are happy to share our knowledge and expertise with those who are working to make project management a viable and valuable element of their business operation. Since we initiated this lunch lecture program dozens of clients have capitalized on the opportunity to learn from one of the profession's thought leaders.
Organizations throughout North America have recognized the benefit of having one of the profession's best address their staff by providing a Keynote Lecture for their Corporation (profit or non-profit). Lee has an exceptional grasp of the topic of project management and how, when integrated into the culture, it can facilitate improved delivery performance and staff performance improvement. Known for his ability to convert a heavy, boring topic into a light hearted, humorous and enjoyable examination of the past, present and future of the project management profession, Lee will work with the client to isolate the key issue they want covered in the Keynote. He will then prepare a presentation that will capture the attention of the audience and provide a meaningful learning experience.
During our one hour "Lunch and Learn" brown bag session, we learned more about value add project management concepts from Lee than many had gained in full day sessions from other PM professionals. His ability to help us understand and visualize how PM can/should work has already made a difference here. Several of the attendees are currently implementing some of the tools Lee described with excellent results!Nationwide Children's HospitalRead more
It was amazing how quickly Lee was able to assess and understand the challenges we faced as we moved to a more project management centered approach to executing our portfolio of projects. His advice has been instrumental in our organization quickly realizing the benefits of the PM methodology. Lee was a great help in considering the minor differences in PM in the Government environment.NIH-Leidos Biomedical ResearchRead more
Having Lee present his Risk Management in the Real World as an in house effort was a great decision. Our team members were able to ask questions about how to implement Risk in the most productive way. His answers to the questions were simple and straightforward. Since Lee was here we have begun to implement a structured Risk Management process that works precisely as he suggested. We had several staff come to Phoenix from our Portland facility to attend. They said it was worth the trip!IntelRead more
